Light Proof Ducting

Biyang Light Proof Ducting, also called Combined Duct or PVC Combined Duct, is a flexible duct made of multi-layer aluminum layers, high tension steel spring wire strengthening structure, and outside the PVC jacket.

The PVC jacket of Biyang Light Proof Ducting is mainly in black, grey, and brown color which are good for the light proof.  It is also UV and heat resistant.  It works as insulation to protect the inside of the layers and makes the whole duct more water resistant.

The double layers of aluminum foil are fire retardant.  The steel wire inside is galvanized steel or stainless steel.  It is corrosion resistant. This makes a big difference when the environment is damp.  The combined aluminum foil makes the whole duct more fire resistant.

The workable temperature for Biyang Light Proof Ducting is -30℃-150℃.  As a result, Biyang Light Proof Ducting is suitable to be used in low and medium pressure(Max.3000pa) in air flow environment, whether normal or high temperature, dry or wet.  Biyang Light Proof Ducting is elastic and flexible, so it can be easily connected to circular, oval, or rectangular connectors and ventilation ducts.

It can be used in the limited space and go through the barriers due to its high flexibility.  Biyang Light Proof Ducting is easily compressed to have less space packing, with compressed ratio 1:25.  It can also be used in all kinds of environments, such as the bathroom, grow room and other ductwork applications, as the heating duct, cooling duct, intake or exhaust pipe and so on.

Biyang Light Proof Ducting is available in all common sizes, from 1.5’’ to 25’’(40mm-650mm).  The special sized ducts can also be made based on your requirement without additional mold costs as this mold is quite simple.  The standard lengths are in 10m or 7.5m.
